With two studios in Madrid, the most recent having opened in 2004, the center offers a variety of classes for all levels and is open all days of the week. Choose from Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Iyengar Yoga, Yoga-Pilates, Meditation, or get your kids involved with Yoga for Kids. Although none of the classes are taught in English, it is possible to arrange a private class with an English-speaking instructor. The center offers programs and events throughout the year, these include: an Ashram visit, summer yoga teacher training courses, foundation courses, intensive courses, power yoga, meditation, and an introduction to Tao yoga. Some of the summer seminars include: the Chakra journey, taught by Carlos Urrutia, the Iyengar Yoga seminar, taught by Ramon Clares, and the yoga ashtanga intensive, taught by Manuel Agulla. The center is a supporter of many charities, and has provided classes, pro-bono, for Ayuda, Formacion e Integracion de Minusvalido (AFIM). AFIM is a non-profit organization that assists people with physical, phychological and mental health problems.
