El Perro de la Parte Atras del Coche is a picture perfect example of an underground bar. Descending into the establishment from street level, everything from the industrial décor to the dim lighting assures you that this sprawling hipster venue is the real thing.
Although it has been around for years it changes hands on occasion. In its current incarnation it’s rumoured to be owned by a young Scotsman who is somewhat of a music fiend. This insures that you get music fresh from the UK without the usual lag.
The space is very dynamic frequently hosting DJs and live bands. Unfortunately their website proper isn’t up and running just now, but the myspace page should do until then.
