Musicals in Madrid: Chicago
The musical with all that jazz has been playing in Madrid since November and it’s still going strong. This can be blamed on the words and music of a now classic play, successful staging and transition into Spanish and finally, the great work of the three leading roles by Natalia Millan, Marcela Paoli and Manuel Bandera. It’s all about greed, corruption and notoriety in this cynical but sweet play set in the 1920’s, which revolves around the fates of two dangerously seductive cabaret dancers and the sensationalist lawyer who helps himself more than his own clients. Playing at the Coliseum seven days a week, entrances range between 20 and 55 euros. Click here for schedules and tickets, or call 902 888 788.
