Madrid Fusion 2010

If you’re a food lover dying to know what’s new in the field, or a lover of being in the know on  recent trends, you’ll appreciate Madrid Fusion 2010. The conference is a three-day event that explores the latest movements in food: eco-cooking, gastroeconomics, styles of haute cuisine. Some world famous chefs will be there hosting lectures like Ferra Adria of elBulli restaurant. The event will be held at The Palacio Municipal de Congresos from the 26th to the 28th of January.
