Iglesia de la Encarnacion Madrid celebrates San Pantaleon… with his blood!

Every year the Iglesia de la Encarnación in Madrid celebrates a martyred 4th-century doctor, San Pantaleón , through a unique ceremony in which an ancient relic containing the saint´s congealed blood is presented to the congregation, where it liquefies before their very eyes!
