Madridfusion is the annual Spanish national and international gastronomic fair, and it’s happening now! From January 19th to the 22nd, the auditorium at Madrid’s Municipal Congress Hall will be filled with winter vegetables, Mexican soups, Peruvian cuisine and more. For more information click here.
